We warranty all jewelry we sell to be free of manufacturer's defects. In the event that such a defect is discovered, we promise to correct it at no charge to you.
Our rings and fine jewelry are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are warrantied for life. Your manufacturer's warranty covers defects on the piece that are the fault of the manufacturer.
Please note that the warranty is voided if a third party other than Diamonds N Carats makes alterations or adjustments to your jewelry, including resizing.
There is a difference between a manufacturer's defect and damage caused by daily wear and tear. Diamonds and metals aren't indestructible — your jewelry will inevitably experience some wear from daily use.
We are happy to repair jewelry that has sustained damage from normal use, but this kind of repair is typically not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Repair costs will be communicated and approved before any work begins.
This is why we offer all custom engagement ring clients a complimentary annual servicing package that includes cleaning, polishing, and prong tightening.

Simply bring your piece to our Sofia showroom or contact us to arrange servicing.
We believe your jewelry should grow with you. Our Diamond Upgrade Program allows you to upgrade your center diamond to a larger or higher-quality stone at any time.
Your original diamond's value is applied toward the new stone. Some exclusions may apply (lab-grown diamonds, semi-precious stones). Contact us to learn more about eligibility and options.
We strongly advise adding your jewelry to your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy. While we do not provide insurance directly, we provide all necessary appraisals and documentation to make the process easy.
